2. Registration and attendance

Registration is free and handled via Zoho Backstage on behalf of Nexufend. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible so your place can be released to others. You can do so via the confirmation email you received from Zoho Backstage.

Nexufend reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event at any time. Where circumstances allow, registered attendees will be notified by email.

3. Personal data

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and any other details you provide in the registration form. This data is processed by Nexufend GmbH as data controller, using Zoho (Zoho Corporation GmbH, Germany) as the registration and communications platform.

We use this data to manage your registration, send you event updates, and — with your separate consent where required — to follow up after the Event. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties outside our sub-processors.

The legal basis for processing your registration data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract, i.e. your registration) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in organising and communicating about the Event).

4. Photography and recording

The Event may be photographed or recorded for documentation and promotional purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that photos or video in which you appear may be published on Nexufend's website or social media channels.

If you'd prefer not to be photographed, please let a member of the Nexufend team know at the start of the Event. We'll do our best to accommodate you.

5. Code of conduct

We want this to be a useful, welcoming event for everyone. We expect attendees to:

• treat other attendees, speakers, and venue staff with respect
• not engage in harassment, discrimination, or intimidatory behaviour of any kind
• not record or photograph other attendees without their consent
• follow any rules set by the venue (Flughafen Wien Space Hub)

Nexufend reserves the right to remove anyone who doesn't meet these standards, without refund of any associated costs.

6. Liability

Nexufend organises this Event with reasonable care. We're not liable for:

• loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings at the venue
• personal injury at the venue, except where caused by our own negligence
• any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance or non-attendance

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under Austrian law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
